Psychotherapy for men · In person & online
Strength is also knowing when to talk.
I’m Bogdan Musteata, a psychotherapist working with men who feel stuck, stretched thin, or quietly struggling. A calm, confidential place to understand what’s going on — and what you want to change.

The work
Most men arrive saying they’re fine. What follows is usually more honest — and far more useful.
Therapy doesn’t need to be mysterious or soft-focus. It’s a structured, practical conversation with someone trained to listen closely, notice patterns, and help you respond differently to the things that keep catching you out.

Hello
I’ll listen more than I talk — but I won’t just nod along.
I work with adults, mostly men, who have spent a long time handling things on their own. Some arrive after a crisis; many come because something has felt wrong for a while and they’re tired of carrying it.
My style is warm, direct and down to earth. I’ll ask real questions, tell you what I notice, and keep us focused on what matters to you.

In their words
“I came in thinking I just needed to sleep better. What I got was a way of understanding why I never stopped working. Practical, straight-talking and genuinely kind.”
“We stopped having the same fight. Not because we avoided it, but because we finally understood it.”
“No jargon and no judgement. For the first time I could say what was actually going on without feeling weak for saying it.”
