What this website collects

When you use the contact form I receive your name, email address, and — if you choose — your phone number, preferred contact method and a short message. I also store a one-way, salted hash of your IP address for a limited time to prevent spam and abuse. I do not store your raw IP address.

Please don’t include medical history or other sensitive health information in the contact form. We can discuss those privately.

Why I use it

Only to reply to your enquiry and arrange an initial conversation. The legal basis is [your consent / steps prior to entering into a contract].

How long I keep it

Enquiries that don’t lead to therapy are deleted after [e.g. 6 months]. If we work together, records are kept as required by [professional body / law].
