Approach
How I work.
Good therapy is a relationship with a purpose. Here’s what you can expect from ours.
Principle
Therapy works best when it’s honest, collaborative and grounded in your actual life — not just what happens in the room.
What guides me
Three commitments
Direct, not detached
I’ll share what I notice and ask the questions that matter. You won’t get vague reassurance or silence for its own sake.
Structured, not rigid
We agree goals and review them. Within that frame there’s room for whatever needs attention this week.
Practical, not superficial
Insight matters, and so does what you do with it on Monday morning. We work on both.

In the room
What a session actually looks like
We sit and talk — in person or on screen. Usually you’ll start with whatever is most present for you. I’ll listen, ask questions, and sometimes suggest a different way of looking at things.
Some weeks we’ll work on something concrete: a difficult conversation, a pattern at work, a way of calming your body when anxiety spikes. Other weeks we’ll go slower and deeper.
Methods
What I draw on
[List the therapeutic approaches you are actually trained in — for example integrative, psychodynamic, CBT, systemic or emotion-focused therapy — and explain in plain words what they mean for a client.]
Whatever the method, the research is consistent: the quality of the relationship between you and your therapist matters most. That’s where I put my attention.
Next step
