About
Steady, direct, and on your side.
I became a therapist after [a few words about your path]. What I care about most is making therapy feel less like a mysterious ritual and more like a genuinely useful conversation.

Outside the therapy room I [a line about you as a person — it helps clients feel they’re meeting a human being].
What we avoid tends to run the show. Therapy is where we get to look at it in daylight.
